Collinsville Bests Bruins
Bartlesville High baseball dropped a non-District game against Collinsville on Thursday night at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium, as BHS has lost five of six after surging toward the end of the regular season.
Cardinals beat Bartlesville, 5-0.
Again, the Bartlesville bats struggled to get going. Bartlesville has only scored one run over its last three games despite its strikeout numbers being fine in that span.
Sam Marcella tossed four scoreless innings in relief after the Cardinals scored all their runs in the first three frames.
Bartlesville back in action again on Friday at Oologah at 1:00 PM, as the Bruins search for some momentum heading into a big District set with Union starting on Monday.
